S12 Service Bulletin Canopy Locking System

During an internal audit in the Production Organization it was indicated, via Safety Report No.: SR-0071, that during the manufacturing of canopy frame P/N 125805, the bushing P/N 10AM-K06 was not installed. The missing part is installed in the canopy assembly. This bushing ensures free movement of the rope thimble. The non-existent bushing does not have effects to the functionality of the system, but it may reduce the service life of the rope thimble.

It could not be excluded, that the bushing may be also not installed in former production lots, produced by the same person.
